I'm proud to announce that I officially started this week as a staff writer for The Vindicator and Tribune Chronicle, where I'll be covering sports throughout the Mahoning Valley.

They created a city-based franchise model, but some local fans have never seen their team play in their city. Some teams don't even live in their city!
There are *five* LAN events that will have fans this year, and one of those locations doesn't have a CDL team.
$25 million.
Now, only three players in Call of Duty history have played in every CoD/CDL Champs event.
@Clayster
@Crimsix
@scump
Clayster is now the only player to have competed in all nine CoD/CDL Champs events and 2011 CoD XP.
@Clayster
Let me re-write that for you. You can thank me later.
"I'm really looking thankful for all the hard-working men and women trying to give us a ranked playlist."
Today I was let go by Dot Esports / GAMURS, ending my nearly seven-year journey there.
I'm thankful for the opportunity I was given. I learned a lot and worked with many great people.

The always-entertaining
@Temp
gave me one of the best interviews I've done in esports. Give it a read. He's hilarious and also refreshingly honest.

MJF and Roddy in hospital beds with neck injuries, Adam in the middle with his leg. Britt comes in to check on Adam. MJF cracks a joke that she’s not a real doctor.
@GGBreakingPoint
JKap imo. End of career is what I think a lot of people remember, but he was at one time considered the best player in the world (or among the best) and he was constantly on great teams. His average Champs placing is ridiculous.

Cody: "No one ever says, 'I'm the leader.' Whenever somebody says, 'I'm a locker room leader,' you definitely know that guy is NOT the locker room leader."
Jericho: You remember when CM Punk did that?
Cody: "I tried not to name names."
I'm really happy to announce that I have been promoted to the position of Evening Editor at
@DotEsports
, a job I start today.
I've been a freelancer for Dot/Gamurs since January 2017, and it's great being able to take the next step in my career with this company.

Kyle Anderson walked up to Chris Finch before a film session and said, “What does the word spacing mean to you” upon Chris saying “good morning”
Earlier in the week, I had the chance to talk with Brett Diamond, the COO of WISE Ventures Esports, which purchased the Minnesota slot in the Call of Duty League.
We spoke heavily about the future of
@COD_MN
, including branding, franchising, and more.
The 2023 Call of Duty League season ended 123 days ago. There has been no public confirmation about when the next season will begin.
For comparison, the 2022 season ended on Aug. 7 and the league announced the season schedule and event details on Sept. 20, 44 days after Champs.
@GeorgeCGed
I’ve been very happy to see your progress through the years. Whatever advice I gave you pales in comparison to the work and the grind you’ve been on.
SpaceLy has announced he is open to competing in the open bracket while under contract with Gen.G. He likened his contract situation to Simp, who competed for FaZe Black at Fort Worth while under contract with eUnited.
This is not good.
- ESPN edited Dame's uniform from Portland to Milwaukee
- They put a Bucks logo on the court
- Edited the mic flag to replace TNT's logo with theirs
And this is presented in a way that would make people think he said this last night.
He said it in 2020.

"Revenue was $255.8 million, an increase of 15% or $34.2 million, primarily driven by higher ticket sales and, to a lesser extent, venue merchandise sales, resulting from the Company’s return to ticketed live events, including SummerSlam."
@JESnowden
It feels like a lot of the nitpicking that WWE received post-WCW has now been directed at AEW.
Both WWE and AEW deserve criticism for certain things, but I feel like AEW is consistently a good-ish product that suffers from impossible 'fan' expectations and complaints.
