My wife gave it a good shot with my Christmas gift. Good @ebay find by her but @USPS had other plans. Shipped in a bubble mailer and arrived cracked clean in half. Card sadly has multiple creases right through the Spirit of St. Louis. Poor Lindy! What a shame. @CardPurchaser

@SNFonNBC Ehhh, looked like a good one but the finish was horrible. Mid at best. The replay stuff has got to go, at least only do replay upon coaches’ challenge and if he gets one wrong he gets no more. And no more stopping the game to allow for substitutions. Spot the ball and go.

Sweeeet!! Mike Singletary and Steve Largent!! Opening these old packs makes me realize how rare a high grade & centered card of a star is. I would say most of what Topps produced back then was flawed out of the pack with off centering, miscuts, snow, print defects, & wax stains.

I’ve been looking for a 1934 Sky Birds Amelia Earhart for years and a few weeks ago 4 of them popped up on eBay around the same time. While everyone was sweating the PSA 5.5 that went for $900, I sniped this one for under $100 right before the expensive one ended. @CardPurchaser

@SNFonNBC @ConnieScouts The thing that makes Vicis helmets so safe in terms of preventing concussions is that they absorb the impact because they are very bendy. When it is that cold though they can’t bend so the result is they crack like this one did.

The fact that Wilt came closest to this so many years ago makes this record that much more amazing. MOST Valuable Player hands down.

Not bad! Walter Payton is obviously the hit here but cool to get Herschel Walker and Doug Flutie RCs in the same pack. The Dorsett is nice too. Looks like everything has a slight corner bump though. Gum is intact, may have to PSA that one!
