The perfect patties tips: Rest patties in the fridge over night. Then pre bake for 15 mins prior to shallow frying on medium heat. No bubbles on the dough b/c the butter has settled & the surface remains smooth. also the texture is superb & the dough crumbles perfectly

2 months after this was taken, my mother was diagnosed w/ cancer. 9 months after that she passed away. I walked the stage twice, once for BSc Neuroscience, once for BA Psych Hons. My mother, the classiest lady I know, wolf whistled both times. I’m glad she got to see me do well.
