Allow me to crow! Had a Cardiologist appointment and my numbers were awesome! It’s the result of losing roughly 20 pounds. I had help. I take a shot once a week that has helped me adjust my diet! I also try to be more active! The result: BP was 119/80-cholesterol 164! Bam!

My boy Max was diagnosed on the autism spectrum when he was in the first grade. We have been met with many challenges as a result. Everything from outbursts in the classroom to sensory issues. He would have meltdowns and get bullied (sometimes even by adults)
