I always loved the simplicity of the Mario & Luigi series cover arts. Two plumbers placed on top of the logo in a setting of a plain white background. Even each game has a unique interaction with it. They're always nice to look at every once in a while.

Thank GOD Nintendo doesn't do this anymore, but I hated it when they introduced an IP by titling a game as a "sequel" to a Mario game. The most debated part about what's considered a "Mario game" is caused by these two games.
