Keeping in mind - the 1st four flights of shuttle were test flights - shuttle carried a crew - shuttle had to be inspected between flights Rapid iteration doesn't appear to be speeding things up. Also keep in mind Starship does not even have a pressurized crew compartment yet.

This is how you transport hardware to the pad. Not some rinky dink transporter and stack at the pad. Assemble everything out of the elements in the VAB and use something that can move a building to transport it.
