A donation from Total Plant Corby for 'Our Paul'.....Whose directors are also directors of Glenrowan Homes, the company chosen to build the 10 storey apartments in Northminister, where the market used to be. You might recall that the land was sold very quickly last year.

It's official, I will be back behind a mic again on Good Friday 2-6pm, on BBC Radio Suffolk. Sometimes you have a to draw a line under the past to move forward & that is what I have done. I have missed radio every day since I stopped and I cant wait to get back on air.

I know what it is like to be suspended & it stings - I was taken off air by the BBC in 2017 for making a film about homelessness for the council, despite being freelance The ‘Management’ just simply changed their minds - it’s one of the reasons I walked away from a job I loved

On this day in 1980 Hereward Radio was launched & the city at last had a voice. It was the station that gave me a chance in 1990 & where I learnt my trade - It was an integral part of the city and we had such fun working there. Sadly, kids today won't have that same opportunity.
