@BBCNews He has openly said, 18-35 yr olds are not taking up the vaccine which is why we are making it compulsory. Basically forcing people to get a vaccine because they are currently choosing not too. Rioting will ensue.

Know why you feel so tired in the morning when you wake up? Because your body cannot cope with the demands you are placing on it. You can fix it - not by reducing the demands, but by improving your body's ability to cope with those demands. Simple really.

Today people have forgotten what hunger feels like. We eat because it’s “lunch/dinner time” Going longer between meals helps digest food, takes stress off the digestive system ,improves energy & immune plus more. Stop looking at the clock and eat when you actually feel hungry.

@clif_high Hilarious - If that were really true then they’d have to do the same for smokers, the obese, drug addicts and diabetics ALL of which cost the healthcare system far more than covid does.

@JdPoe34 @Hormetik It’s the precursor for glutathione which is the main antioxidant out body uses to detoxify pretty much anything. Nowadays, though, you can get S-Acetyl-L-Glutathione or liposomal glutathione which works far better.

If you’re designing your nutrition then it’s this simple: Protein, around 1g per 1lb body weight. Loads of vegetables, more colours the better. Fat from the food you eat plus some choice additions of mono and poly. If needed then carbs from good sources.

Hat tip to @tednaiman for the graphic. The key to not failing at your nutrition is to eat whole foods that give you the most satiety and those same foods also happen to be nutrient dense. People make it so complicated but it’s actually pretty simple.

This is why when we eat carbs and fats together we over eat. Eating less of these foods (the whole calories in / calories out argument) will make you lose weight but it will be far more difficult to stick to if you don’t change the foods you’re eating.

We have a modern epidemic of starvation happening right now in all our major cities. Millions of people are eating “food” which lacks nutrient content meaning they are severely deficient in the vital vitamins and minerals needed to be healthy.

Noticed how the last 10 years went by really fast? Well, guess what, the next 10 will go by even quicker. It is said that the reason time goes so fast as we get older is because we no longer do any new things. We do not have any more unique experiences to focus our mind on.

@ThisisDavina @kateflett It seems now that the natural antibodies last longer than protection from the vaccine- hence the boosters that are needed. We see it a lot in other vaccines where peoples antibodies are not detected after a while but they are still deemed protected. Nature always knows best.
