Monday blues happened in the form of some ridiculous sexist jokes from workplaces. Seriously, leaders- things are not funny when they mock a specific gender stereotype. I am reminded of my own article n if you need help, pls reach out to someone at

Take a bow @PeerlistHQ - you have achieved what very few product startups have ….. getting the basics of inclusion of gender spectrum right in the customer onboarding by asking the preferred pronouns - #ungenderforms #diversitymatters

🥳🤩😁- and rest shall follow. Access to all safety and security measures shall extend to the profession like the rest. While the profession for most who are reading this tweet right now is a choice, this is not the case for many in sex work.

I can go on and on about this. But to not to educate the men on sharing home chores, responsibilities of kids and parents, not conditioning them about gender stereotypes and instead preach to women from a place of privilege to plan an equal role is a joke.

Been discussed so many times and again the male actor is fully covered and female actor is in bare minimum Clothes. Is this the only stunt work left for Bollywood female actors?

I hate this image. There is no glorification required for something which is born out of suppression. Don’t we get it? She has no other choice.

someone spoke about sex, ejaculation and even withdrawal! This is a prime moment and if I just follow the content, a new for the house! tone, body language, background laughs- not surprised. this is what happens when we don't include these topics in the education system.

#Bihar CM #NitishKumar comes under fire for his vulgar and coarse remarks about women while discussing population control. The #NCW has demanded an "immediate apology", saying "such derogatory and cheap language used during his speech is a dark stain on our society."

Who all to blame for this? 1. People who proposed this panel; 2. People who accepted; 3. People who designed the collateral. If you wanted publicity, you got it. BUT for the wrong reasons.There is no excuse for missing common sense. LESSON? This #IWD2023 , DONT HAVE A #manel

No matter what, never express disbelief towards a sexual assault publicly when someone shares it. You don’t agree? Send a dm. It takes a lot to share and any doubts or concerns must be extended privately. By disbelieving publicly, one does more damage. Imagine, if you were wrong?

Today is the day I am officially tired of dealing with ignorant negotiators including founders of the workplaces who are ALWAYS, ONLY looking for the cheapest solution without knowing the CTC towards legal and reputational risks. Cant afford us? Pls work with someone else.

2. It is not easy to sit in front of the committee - as a complainant, respondent, or witness. The law demands us to question everything and everyone. It is not a straightforward approach for anyone;

@prasanto actually, I dont use Mr and Ms. I talk to people on first name basis. But if ever I have to, I do not see any problem in saying "Hello Ms. Pallavi"

Especially when such statements come from another women, they are damaging to the entire progress work and narrative on gender stereotypes. I have said it many times, and will say this again- problem is patriarchy and solution is feminism.

someone cutely told me that they will stay away from making a comment as it will make them come across as either a feminist, an activist or worst, as someone who is interested in politics. but hearing them say this statement definitely made them sound a fool and privileged.
