You background photo, with green, white and orange flag accompanying Countess Markiewicz, who in April 1916, shot dead in cold blood an unarmed policeman Constable Michael Lahiff in St Stephen's Green, certainly contradicts you message of better and safer workplaces for workers.

I remember back in the day that petrol bombs were ruled to be lethal weapons and obvious perpetrators could be legally shot, but I suppose it's just considered to be another slightly more violent form of graffiti these days.

The murder of Sir David Amess yesterday was gruesome. Brought back memories of Rev Robert Bradford assassinated by IRA in 1981 whilst holding a political surgery, along with a caretaker Kenneth Campbell. Led to retaliatory murders of 3 Catholics by UVF

And Northern Ireland IS the UK, (no such entity without NI), now with a customs border within it breaking the 1800 Act of Union (1921) on trade, EU VAT rules and restriction of State Aid. Also, undermining the core "change of status by consent" pillar in the Belfast Agreement

Criticism of RA chanting is huge, and whilst there are many, many Irish who are disgusted and embarrassed at it, I feel that momentum will gather at a plethora of gatherings at football, pub, party, street venues, as an indigenous dormant pro rebel anti British mindset explodes.

Sometimes overlooked part of the NI Protocol is the potential restriction of UK State aid to NI if there is a hint of it affecting the EU 27. If Bombardier/Spirit AeroSystems were to be a candidate, such aid could be denied if it affects EU Aero industry.

Ireland, a "holier than thou" State which, with straight face, could blatantly protect terrorists, because it considered their crimes to be "politically motivated", though could easily lock up a similar killer for 30 years. Many of these same murderers went on to kill again in NI
