Just seen a full time academy job advertised which requires you to have your UEFA A Licence and Advanced Youth Award with a salary of £17k a year. It costs you nearly £10k to get them qualifications! Madness!!!

Love this possession practice. We done one recently with four wide gates and a central (golden) gate. Players got 5 points for playing through it, 1 point for the other gates and 1 point for 10 passes. 🔥👌🏻
