As the only embryologist in the lab with one junior assistant, I performed so far, 5 ETs, 2 biopsy, FISH (sex select), 2 pick ups, 2 thawings, still got 2 ICSI and 2 embryo freezing. They think this is a one person work and no meed to bring another embryologist. 😫

I am begging the media/societies/everyone to use conventional IVF images when referring to IVF/ART. ICSI is specific for a special patient group. Its safety still debated, success rate similar to IVF in non-male factor cases, expensive, & prone to more procedural mistakes.
