Quite possibly the most eventful and emotional game I’ve been involved in at the club. Sometimes when you work for the club you love you forget what it’s like to be a fan. Today brought it all back.
Absolutely outstanding support today from
@YellowArmyOUFC
. Absolutely smashed it. Great to see a few more flags about. Got the lads over the line. Felt special at the end of the game too. Absolutely buzzing.

Travelling to Plymouth?
The M4 is currently closed on the westbound carriageway between junctions 15 and 16 at Swindon, one lane only is open on the eastbound carriageway. This is likely to continue until around midday. Please find an alternative route.
Here’s the fans guide to tomorrows match. I’ll be available tomorrow before and after the game by the away turnstiles should anyone need any assistance or have any questions. Hands up, who’s going?
Thanks to all of you that have contacted me with feedback from yesterday’s game. I’m keen to hear about both good and bad experiences. Please email me at feedback

We’re aware of several areas of the stadium not being up to standard despite assurances. We’re endeavouring to resolve this ASAP. Thanks for your feedback.

Hi both. I’ll raise it in the morning when I’m back in. It does seem an unrealistic amount of time to complete a transaction.
How good was that today? Great to see so many back on a Saturday afternoon. How was your match day? Any feedback please comment on here or email me at feedback

Hi Greg. We haven’t lost any spaces merely relocated a small amount to allow safe and efficient parking of buses. Anyone requiring a disabled space will be directed where to go by stewards.
We are pleased to report that much of the East Stand car park will now be open following the traveller encampment leaving this morning ✅
Although some of the car park will remain closed for cleaning this afternoon, the entrances will now be open as usual ⤵

Massive thanks to all supporters who have emailed in with feedback from the Blackpool game. There has been a huge response. I’m currently working through the emails and will respond as soon as possible.

It’s an interesting debate this one. If I can work out how to do it I’ll share the Spotify playlist we currently use. You will find an awful amount of local bands such as Foals, Ride, Supergrass and even Mr Big (ask your parents).
@TimWalkerOUFC
@OUFCOfficial
Hi Tim. We’re in continual dialogue with clubs concerned and the international bodies. We too have the same issue of booking hotels etc, so we have to be on the ball.

As far as we’re concerned the flag promotes the use of a banned article so therefore we would not allow it to be displayed.
A reminder of todays car park closure. Any blue badge holders that usually park in this area please enter through the VIP entrance.

It’s something I’m working on. We have supporter ambassadors for home games. I’d like them to be a presence at away games too! In the meantime I remain contactable during away games I can’t attend. During Coventry game I was in contact with supporters, and their SLO and SO.

Hi Morgan. I’ll be honest and say that this isn’t something we have considered until now. I’ll look into the feasibility of such a facility. Hopefully we can do something to address this.
@FrenchOxonian
@YellowArmyOUFC
We’re more than happy for flags to be displayed (as long as they comply to fire regulations). I’m just waiting for that call to get things moving!!
@YellowArmyOUFC
@davidjbray5
I can definitely confirm that we as a club will support any fan or group of fans that want to help improve atmosphere. As long as it’s done within permitted rules. I’ll do whatever I can to support.
@DBoufc
@DebbieBarnett3

@UFD_OX
They are permitted. Simply put most flags and banners have perished over the years. Some have been collected and sit with their owners. We welcome flags, banners and displays (as long as they comply with safety standards and managed correctly like the ultras did)
@UFD_OX
@YellowArmyOUFC
Respectfully, in an ideal world yes. However my other responsibilities at the club and my personal situation makes it impossible. You’re right I think we do need someone there. Judging by what I got involved in at Reading and Northampton there’s a clear need for a presence 1/2
Just a reminder that we’re on the look out for volunteers to help us deliver leaflets relating to the new stadium this weekend. We need to deliver in Kidlington and surrounding areas. Anyone that can help please DM me or email ataylor

I hope to start the ball rolling soon with a more formal means of communicating with our disabled supporters. Look out for a fans forum dedicated to our disabled supporters and those who support them. The hope is to create a disabled supporters association. 2/2
Are there any Bicester based
@OUFCOfficial
supporters able to accompany a disabled supporter to the game on Saturday on the bus? He hasn’t been to a game for a couple of years. DM me for details.
@OUFCSP
@Join_OxVox
can you spread the word please?
@UFD_OX
@OUFCSP
The one and only comment I will make on this is that there appears to be a personal issue being aired in public. Neither
@OUFCSLO
or
@OUFCSP
is the place to address personal grievances. If there are any legitimate issues that directly impact fans then please by all means contact.
