Hi UAW member here. I pay about 70 a month in dues. When we had our son hospital bill was over 250,000. Because of my UNION negotiated insurance I paid 1 co-pay of 25 dollars. Union dues have been the single best investment I have ever made in my family and in myself.

GM made nearly 90,000 in profit off of each employee in North America. Ford 106,000 Stellantis was similar. If GM didn't pay out a dividend they could have given each worker a $6.18 raise during the same quarter. It's class warfare. They're robbing workers blind.
