This is my Dad. Star centre forward for Wycombe Wanderers, taken in 1961. He went to a reunion today with some of his old team mates. They presented him with this photo. He’s in his 80’s. I’m so proud of him and to the testament of enduring friendship that sport can enrich life.

Out on the sea today with a marine biologist and RNLI volunteer looking at seals in their natural habitat. The contrast in the colours and shades of the sea is incredible. A strangely moving experience all round.
