In Ituri, CODECO/ ZAIRE killed more than 200 persons of ethnic Hema in January. The UN Group of Experts report proves that FDRC works with CODECO/ ZAIRE to illegally exploit minerals. The int'l community seems uninterest in the fact that DRC/ FARDC enables these rebel groups.
