So glad this book finally pushed me out of my reading slump. The Decagon House Murders is a light and entertaining homage to Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None. Loved the ominous feeling that it gave me and the plot twist, wow it was such a shocker.

Genuinely one of the best things I have ever watched. A slow burn horror series that offers a vividly rendered portrait of grief, death, obsession, redemption and religious fanaticism. Highly recommended.

Frankenstein is probably one of the most misunderstood and misrepresented classics in the history of pop culture. It’s often represented as horror with mad scientist and a dumb creature who only groans yet the whole book was incredibly heartbreaking and introspective.

Based on a true story of a serial killer who murdered hundreds of patients when he was working as a nurse. As much as I’m disgusted by him, I’m more appalled by how the hospitals where he worked, turned a blind eye out of concern for their interest and reputation.
