1/2 So I’ve been given the news I’ll need surgery for my hiatal hernia and acid reflux. I’ve had multiple uncomfortable tests done. The results are that the muscles in my throat aren’t strong enough to push food down and food is getting stuck on top of my hernia causing vomiting

What is a natural supplement for energy? Vitamins don’t seem to be helping me. I can’t keep much down from my hernia. Not to mention my teeth are rotting. 3 more teeth need removing at this point 😭 another boil to add to my list of health conditions! It’s painful to remove it😖
