Integration? Inclusion? Think of it like a party: Integration: You're invited but the music's not your style & the snacks are unfamiliar. Inclusion: The music's a mix you love and there's a dish you can't wait to try! Inclusion builds a space where everyone feels valued!

Disability benefits + inclusive system = financial security for people with disabilities. PWD often face extra costs for school and work. Social security can bridge the gap and empower them to achieve independence. Let's create a social safety net that truly supports everyone.

Did you know? Education for Deaf students in Kenya has a rich history, starting in 1958 with the Aga Khan School in Mombasa. The Catholic Church then joined the effort in 1961, establishing Mumias & Nyangoma Schools for the Deaf. This paved the way for more opportunities.

Deafness means having little to no hearing, so volume is not a priority for where they live. In fact, loud places can be tricky to communicate. Deaf communities thrive using sign language, lipreading, and writing. Location is all about personal preference, not hearing ability.
