It's hour 72 out of 72 of my first ever water fasting. Overall outcome, worst issue was a minor headache but with rest it went away. Energy is a bit up, stomach feels a lot lighter. Confidence up knowing I can easily do it again soon to get even a better outcome 💪🏻 booyah. 🍻🍔
