2023 was my first year living free of chemo and I can honestly say that I lived my best life. I lost my gran who I lived with very unexpectedly over ten days this Summer so I know that life is not promised🕊️ Love to everyone who crossed my path and made my life brighter. 🙏🏾❤️

@cillasarfo Just a note ladies. Iron deficiency can often mask a pernicious anaemia (B12 deficiency) which is easily sorted but dangerous long term. Make them test you for it.
