Try this: Have an action list of what you would do with - 60 minutes - 30 minutes - 15 minutes - 5 minutes - 1 minute If you're a parent, the amount you can do in the last three categories becomes legendary... This is how I get sh*t done.

It's not what you say... It's HOW you say it. - Tone - Speed - Volume - Rhythm - Body language You can make a heartfelt statement come across as creepy, menacing, and cruel. You can make a scathing insult seem sweet, mild, and unassuming. Here in the South...it's an artform.

Lunch! Finally! I eagerly opened my bag... - Snatched the container out - Tore the lid off quickly. I could almost taste the yogurt! The cup inviting and cool to the touch. The sweet fruit at the bottom waiting to be mixed in. I couldn't wait! ...I packed a fork. 😱
