#HWP Transaction: Hartford has signed defenseman Hunter Skinner to a Standard Player Contract (SPC). The 2019 4th round #NYR draft pick spent this season with the Utah Grizzlies. In 26 games with Utah, Skinner recorded 7G, 10A for 17pts. The WP play tomorrow at 1pm.
