Bulls fans, we lost someone special. Milton Llinas was the Chief Justice of the Student Government Supreme Court, Rocky the Bull and a 2017 USF Graduate. So young, so talented, with such a bright future. Gone way too soon.

Another life update/ moment to brag. This weekend I hit another milestone. When I started to lose weight I was at 500 pounds. I am now under 250, so I have lost over 250. Still about 55 to go, but another step on the journey. 2 years and 9 months in. The pace is intentional.

I spent 16 years selling tickets for USF. I would have never believed these back to back sellouts were possible. I was there for the last sellout. We got it done with many Gator fans buying tickets. These two are all USF fans. So many positive things going on at USF these days!

Breaking: UCF is prepping to move to the Citrus Bowl for the 21 season due to projected damage to their stadium due to TS Elsa. Latest hurricane center projections show that wind gusts may reach 12mph in Oviedo which is 7mph over the max of 5mph that the Bounce House can sustain.

I have been at USF for a long time. Simply, tonight is the biggest men's basketball game we have hosted on campus in my 30 years at USF. People say stuff like that often, it is 100% true this time. It is February, we are in 1st place, playing a team who is also in 1st place.

If my team’s coach wants to dismiss 11 players, he can. I’ll support him. BUT- that does not make this a rebuilding job. Next year is year 3 and the cabinets weren’t bare when he got here, the expectation is a big step forward next year, not a step back.

Look it has to be tough for the Maple Leafs to compete as a small market team, so here is the plan. They can split their seasons with Orlando, play half their games in Orlando each year, we will call it the sister city plan. The key to making it work is new arenas in both cities.
