Some coaches need to spend more time recruiting, coaching, developing and interacting with players on their teams: rather than spending time on social media. Maybe developing their players and not communicating with athletes in other programs will improve their team success.

There is no consistency in regards to officiating across the country. Leagues are officiated differently because of the coordinators oversight over that conference. The mandatory video all Head Coaches need to watch next season…🤦‍♂️we need discussion, accountability, change.

Tough day of phone calls today with recruits, HS Coaches, Travel Team coaches and parents. The landscape of recruiting and evaluation has changed. The transfer portal, covid extra year of eligibility and kids sitting on offers is affecting the 22 and 23 classes.
