Winnie Churchill learned to paint after he turned 40 as catharsis for his failure in the Gallipoli Campaign. His musings on painting (Painting As A Pastime) are pretty cool and can be read in an afternoon.
@climatepaige
Try dance classes (salsa & bachata) and go to the social dances (these people tend to be sober). While your activities and interests are great, none seem to involve intentionally interacting with strangers.

Do you ever wonder if some of these narratives are crafted to keep people in a perpetual state of distraction from more serious issues like a opioid epidemic, a coalition of US enemies forming, soaring interest rates, a housing crisis and the US dollar losing status as a reserve
@0x49fa98
Neither. It’s unfortunate someone died who is likely mentally ill and it’s unfortunate someone is vilified for trying to protect others without intending to kill the attacker.
@krishnanrohit
Zuckerberg is forcing people to look at the lack of personal challenges in their lives. Zuckerberg is disregarding public embarassment and injury and embracing discomfort. Zuckerberg is a late starter and likely average athleticism.
@enlightenedcoop
Deep down most men want to be romantics. The intoxication of love, imagining a deeply fulfilling future with someone special who brings out the best in you.
@george__mack
Limiting beliefs become stronger as people get older. Society holds older people to a higher standard for their behavior so they’re more risk adverse.
Declining hormones makes older people less likely to take risks as well as chase adrenaline.
Keep pushing the envelope.

Notice the show “Leave It To Beaver.” June Cleaver was a warm and loving mother that captures this essence while Ward Cleaver was a man kids could look up to. Fast forward and most sitcoms feature a fat, underachieving man and a masculine woman.
@ZubyMusic
The trans community is a very tiny one. Ever think the response is disproportionate to the number of activists?
I wonder if there are outside bad actors trying to further reduce social cohesion and distract the population from more threatening issues? Opioid epidemic,

This podcast as well as Fresh & Fit.
You won’t find worldly, educated & well articulated women guests on those podcasts. Guess these podcasts are tailor made for the bitter redpillers,
@mysteriouskat
I can see you’re good people. Don’t let the noise of a few dim your light.
Of course Jews are going to attract envy. Their contributions to science, arts & culture are very disproportionate to their size as your list shows which is just the tip of the ice berg (pun intended).
@brutedeforce
Increase your odds by marrying into a culture that respects marriage and encourages working problems out rather than treating people like disposable options.
@primalpoly
Opioid epidemic. I’ve met too many seemingly normal, decent people who got mixed up with Oxycontins and watch their lives spiral out of control.
@datepsych
This is likely very prevalent with redpill dating coaches and young money twitter. Can’t trust the signals when there are incentives to be dishonest.
@MasculinePeak
Exposure therapy. Boxing, wrestling, kickboxing or BJJ all have live combat training aspect that helps one maintain calm under pressure and emotional regulation.
@TateTheTalisman
You know a lot of people look up to you. Especially the young men who see you as a role model.
While I know you want to help this young man I believe that giving him attention after his negative actions will only encourage other young men.
The road to hell is paved with good
@Rich_Cooper
Your expectations help shape your reality. If you believe that every woman is a hypergamous opportunist, your actions will eventually turn that belief into fruition.

A deeper pain. The lack of intimacy. A cheap release from a negative feedback loop. Boredom and lack of purpose. Isolation and lack of a social group or brotherhood. Lack of self confidence in meeting women you're attracted to.

No trt or hormones. 3 x full body weight training sessions/week. Calorie budget (bodyweight x 10). 1 gm protein/lb of bodyweight & 10k steps daily. Do that for 3.5 months.

A culture’s myths and legends are the best artifacts. They tell us what a civilization’s values and ideals were and what was worth striving for.
Literary classics are rife with psychology, much of it implicit. Non-fiction psychology are often narrated studies often not
