I need a ruling. @ethebuilder suggested I make a grilled cheese sandwich with mayo, I did. Left:mayo/Right:butter. Mayo has a more sophisticated taste but I eat a GCS as a comfort food like my Daddy made when I was a little girl.Ooey gooey butter goodness. Which do you prefer?

This is what you make when you cleaned out the fridge before you left home and have no groceries. Thing is, it was very spicy and delicious. Might have to make this into a real recipe.
