This is such a great example of one of the biggest differences Alhaitham and Kaveh have, just by asking them what they think of the teapot's decoration—Kaveh is politely rude, and Alhaitham is rudely polite. Summarized in four lines.

I have come to the conclusion during today's gym session that the best form of #Hailumi is that in which Kaveh is actively encouraging Lumine to stay in the house as much as possible because 1) Alhaitham is softer around her, 2) she would support him during their arguments.

As for Alhaitham, he has outright voiced that he finds the Traveler, quote, "fascinating" and "interesting", which are no small compliments coming from him. And then there is him inviting us to his house, which leaves Kaveh baffled enough to ask us if we are paid actors. (3/3)

Kaveh's Hangout has him even taking one of our possible answers as romantic in nature—clearer in Chinese and Japanese—and bashfully replies that he is not going to overthink things after almost asking what the Traveler meant. And then there is his birthday event. (2/3)

Am I the only one who thinks the fanbase idealizes Kaveh so much? Listen, I adore him—that does not mean I am blind to his flaws and he has /quite/ a few. Which adds to his complexity, but fandom treats him like a complete angel and no, Kaveh is a very difficult guy to deal with.
