Neutral – Buffed
Moves that gives AP will restore guard stamina. 1 AP 3%, 2AP 6%, 4AP 10%.
Using the LH will restore 100% of guard stamina.
B+K now trigger i4 (instead of 6) and after 2 parrys, the laser will be UB for 60 damages (72 on CH)

I was excepting more change because 2B still relies on AgS and I feel like we are S1 with a weaker AgS and okis.
I understand that it can be hard to balance a character so we will be patient and I can't wait to see what you're gonna do with 2B !

Personnal thoughts
Overall, I think 2B got nerfed.
They nerfed her biggest strength that are her stance and soulcharge. AgS A got really nerfed. The new moves in AgS aren’t essential to me. A bit disappointed that AgS AA jail.
I don’t understand why the scaling is so hard when I see what other character got (Zasalamel, Mitsu, Ivy ect)
In the other hand They buffed her neutral tools with cool stuffs but I don’t think it will be compensate the nerf.
4B, FC B+K still whiffing, not only at close range.
22B also whiff at tip range for no reason (could try to make a video if needed).

66B+K LH (3 parrys) doesnt trigger if it hit otg or airhit
66a[K] is now -14 and not -20 anymore
New moves
11B+K vertical BA kick that leaves 2B +4
11[B+K] that is the B of RE AB, probably for whiff punish where 22B+K can’t.

I dont have shako GA CDR but ranks in flameshield and flameshield duration are also very important !
I think I have 9,05 sec cd and 4,05 sec on flameshield with raiment

Very hard scalling on SC AgS A combo
SC AgS A AgS A+B TT 66B for 73 damages is now 52
Biggest nerf is that the 2nd hit of SC 66BB mid-air can be blocked and SC 66B6 mid-air AgS B can be rolled on reaction. But that is going to be patched hopefully.

It has to be a body attack because 66A is considered as a weak clash like 2A.
It gives so many plus frames on a trade with a body attack to allow 66a[K] LH to be NC.
Nerfs
AgS [B] -12 (please make it -8 again)
AgS A is 18 damages now (was 26 on NH and 28 on CH). Somehow it’s -12 now and leave you BT.
+6 on NH and CH. The nerf on ags A is pretty hard.
66B mid-air hit doesn’t combo with ags a+b anymore.

AgS 2A i28 hori mid that aGI hozi mid and KND on hit. Probably designed to counter 2A since there is no real reason to use anti-step while 2B is in AgS.
Angler A+B mid anti-step that KND and RO left. -12 on block
aB i27 vertical high with good range that KND on NH and launch on CH
3B+K vertical move that seems to TC very fast and KND but -22, can be used as a combo ender/
AgS and Angler new moves
AgS AA NH for 33 damages but jail and stop ags (+2 on hit and safe on block, leaves 2B FC)

[B] Into 11b+k isnt forceblock.
Furthermore its standing i14 punish that lacks range imo. And it doesnt forcestand on crouching opponent

you can dash and try a mixup 66K/grab for example. Usually ppl try to roll or stay otg and back tech if you hit them with 66K. Her okis arent so great against people who are staying OTG especially in AgS.

I agree but its another debate to know if its possible to constantely punish a grab with i24-26 then 😇 I personnaly think its not reliable but I might be wrong

My personnal opinion is that 2B has an unique gameplay based on AgS. Its a mistake to try to make her more "neutral". I'd have played Mitsu or Geralt if I wanted to play a neutral character. Every character should be unique with strengths and weakenesses.
