Isn’t it mad some women playing ⚽️ in tier 3/4 are having to wait on an NHS list to get ACL surgery because their clubs can’t help them. Before you even think about paying players, back the player not only when she wears the shirt, but when she can’t, too. Huge issue imo.

You know what goes completely under the radar at football clubs? When new players come to training & how welcoming people are toward them I’m sure wherever I end up next, I’ll know as soon as I walk into training I’ve always made people welcome at the clubs I’ve been at 🫶🏻

The problem with women’s football is other women’s clubs tarnishing one another. If this sport is going to grow, be happy for teams doing well. Be happy the standard is improving at all levels. It is SO important to be positive in women’s sport in general, not just football.

The hardest thing to call out is the toxic masculinity & lack of emotional intelligence in womens football I’ve personally walked away from football clubs every single time for this reason or similar The system needs more education around how to actually manage women in sport

3 years ago today this team beat @CovUnitedLFC in the FA Cup to welcome Arsenal to a home draw. We joked about putting little old Crawley on the map. We also beat Cov in the league cup, & only lost 1 league game that season to get back to back promotion. What a season of footy!

How do people feel about score-lines being posted for pre-season friendlies? I feel like I go back and fourth with thinking it’s strange then I don’t know how I feel 😂 Personally don’t see how you can celebrate a “win” when it’s a friendly? 🙃😅

7 years since I left for the US. God I wish I could do it again. Proud to say I was the 1st group of girls that went with @SRUSA_WSoccer . What a time it was ⚽️ Good luck to all the freshman. It’s a rollercoaster but deffo the best one I’ve been on 💙
