I live 30 seconds from the grocery store, I’ve moved roughly 300 to 400 feet over the past 20 minutes. Side streets and neighborhoods are completely overwhelmed .. every part of East Providence is gridlocked and at a stand still. This is starting to feel worse than Boston.
