I will shamelessly brag on a young man. This guy had 5:30am team lifts. Worked breakfast shift. Got fungos before practice with his brothers. Practiced for 3 hours, took post practice fungos. Then we found him running poles after everyone left alone. Why? .....

My heart. My daughter is so precious, beautiful, and loved. This evening she was given the go ahead to come home!! After 9 long days on the NICU, my baby is where she belongs. Thank you so much for all the support and prayers, we are overwhelmed.

Today I coached my last games on this field as head coach at Ecclesia College. It didn't dawn on me until after the games. My greatest surprise was my wife taking a day off work and bringing my daughter out to surprise me. They're my everything.

We are overwhelmed from the support from this tweet. Our daughter is still in the NICU, they seem to have stabilized what was the cause for concern for now but she's not out of the woods yet. My wife is being discharged so we can go to the hospital they transferred her to now.

A play (and a first) from our intersquad yesterday. Catcher Austin Butler threw out a runner and exchanged the ball between his legs. He came off & told me he didn't realize he did it until it was too late. He usually transfers the ball that way when the pitcher misses there

Rain changed our first fall scrimmage. So we improvised. Spent some time on pitcher/hitter interphase in pens. Hitters took physical timing and mental reps. Pitchers got quality pen work in with batters in the box. @PERFECTTIMINGAR is always so gracious to allow us to get it done

Probably one of the coolest moments of this weekend (and there were plenty) was seeing our lone COVID senior Elijah Saldana hit his first ever college home-run. He was given another chance because of covid while he finishes his degree, and he got at least one great memory.

One of the most enjoyable things about this Bobcats team is their support for each other. We have live ABs and whether they're hitting or throwing live on that day everyone is there supporting each other. No one asks to miss or leave early once their daily work is done

My nephew, who was just named a 3rd team D3 all American for football, got up at 6am this morning to get his lift in so he wouldn't have to disrupt the day opening presents and hanging out with us. That's what winning looks like. Prioritizing what needs to be done. Balance.
