This patient came from GB, is bed ridden for 15 years now bcz of malnutrition n multiple pregnancies, gave birth to 9 children (2 when she was still on bed), been 10 years she hasn't stopped menstruating (after the last delivery). Never went to hospital except for a few times.

My nani amma is very old and sick. Has dementia, she doesn't remember much. We keep her busy by giving her tasbih and surah e yaseen, she likes it. I'm attending her today and asked her what does she recite all the time. She said " bass Ali Haq, Ali Haq". ❤️🥺
