We are conditioned in the west to run to the doctor/hospital whenever we're sick. While this is good, we often neglect the prophetic methods - ruqyah, adhkaar, du'a, black seed, honey, apple cider vinegar, qust al hind, hijamah, dates, senna leaves, zam zam water etc etc.

1. For Suhoor & Iftaar, one shouldn't be overeating & drinking. An advice: Eat healthy & be moderate in your intake. Foods like honey, dates, & fruits are highly recommended for suhoor. Drink lots of water & juice fresh fruits & vegetables. Tea with a hint of honey is good too.
