Back in April, I went through an interview in my application for a scholarship that would cover my foundation studies. Praise be to Allah, to my surprise and disbelief - I was offered to study at UTP along with a full foundation scholarship that covers everything (1/2)

Wanted to do a follow-up post for the first Hackathon I joined: Our project was crowned as the Champion! 👑🎉 RM 1.5k was awarded and split among 4 team members - who has given me numerous tips for app development. I had fun collaborating w/ them on the project :D

This weekend, I participated in my first ever Hackathon, organized by E3S2 UTP with 3 other incredibly skilled and talented team members. The problem statements were interesting, and we spent an entire 4 hours just brainstorming the best app idea to tackle one of them 🧠

@nrmnqdds @huseinzol05 Windows agak serabut juga waktu first startup. Nak kena login MS account lepastu nak kena login lagi kalau nak guna Word Doc editor ataupun Excel, jadi saya tutup, boot masuk Live ISO then terus install Linux Mint. So far tenang, simple dan smooth sahaja ahaha 🤣

@afiq_xyz @huseinzol05 Ahaha memang plan asal nak try guna Arch Linux terus, tapi nak install pun learning curve a bit steep so nak daily drive Linux dulu Although Linux Mint works out of the box and has a lot of compatibility with software yang saya nak guna 😅

@raffiqzin Most probably Arch Linux sebab saya suka prinsip user tentukan sendiri semua benda untuk system dia. Dan saya rasa banyak boleh belajar daripada baca ArchWiki & problem-solving error yang kita hadapi At the same time QEMU (cth.) can be installed to run other distros if necessary
