Since coming to #Japan I’ve become a lot more active! Walking 20-25,000 steps a day, started running again, stopped snacking, reduced beer consumption, eating smaller meals. Already lost about 6kg. Need to lose another 6kg or more and I’ll be a Hapoy camper! #wellness

I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of @inspirecitizen1 Steve Sostak. I first met him in 2019 at the #SDGs summit in #Shenzhen . I interviewed him that weekend. He inspired me and so many others to make an impact on the world. - Life is too short.
