Normally, you can't grab someone who was jablocked, but you CAN push them off. This allows many characters to get grabs off of platform jablocks and kill stupidly early. When Doc is pushed off, his hurtbox shifts to a more upright position that lets grab still hit :)

This is a consistent trend at every major & ROBs drop like flies once top 64 rolls around. This isn’t a lack of great/top level talent piloting ROB either, but the fact top players can exploit ROBs weaknesses. It’s the reason Zackray dropped ROB & no solo ROB has won a major yet.

only thing here that's kinda unsafe on shield in most matchups is nair -> dash attack. With pac's dash attack being -3 on shield, you'd need a frame 7 oos option to be inputted immediately after a move with only 5 frames of shield stun. whole sequence is safe if they roll out too

up tilt -> platdrop up air -> IRAR fullhop frame-perfect bair (must be done frame 1 you leave the ground) -> landing nair -> fh Key buffering airdodge and jump, true on all DI except straight up, though with IDJ IRAR bair i think it can still work. I love this character so much
