Freahmen Linebackers getting strong strong 👀👀. Evan just a hair forward but a solid save. Both ended with 355 and four freshmen linebackers cleaned 300+ today!

James Noel is a freshman receiver for the Griffons. He gained around 10 lbs but did not get to finish our full developmental program as he was moved to travel halfway through the season. The word change might be an understatement!

For our next 82 day progress pic, we have Rickie Dunn. Rickie is a freshman Running Back for the Griffons. Rickie changed his body in a drastic way this semester! Down 20 lbs and squatting houses! This is what progress looks like for our Griffons!

As we near the end of our football season, it is worth noting massive changes of some of our younger players that will undoubtedly be making big moves for our football program in the future. Nothing like adding 19 LBS! These pictures are 82 days apart! Great job Broc!

On today’s edition of our 82 day progress pic, we have Bryce Marcus, a freshman receiver with the Griffons. Bryce gained nearly 20 lbs of body weight and a great amount of strength!

This week, we will be holding daily meal prep workshops to help provide basic tools necessary to live off-campus/without caf access. You will leave this 30-minute workshop with recipes, modifications based on body comp. goals/preferences, and a home-cooked meal!
