@ShaikhShahjahan @murtazawahab1 #Karachi 's solution was rightly pointed out by @murtazawahab1 . We need to generate our own funds from districts. Unfortunately we Karachites would pay an alien to pick up our garbage for Rs.400-700 p/m & pay water tankers thousands but won't contribute it to the city funds.
