Met a friend today that I don’t see too often. Discovered that they’d had a cardiac arrest a few months ago and survived as spouse knew #CPR . Living remotely they had no nearby AED and had to continue CPR until paramedics arrived with an #AED .💔 Ensure your community has one.

This is why EVERYONE knowing and giving #CPR is so important. 💔💚 This mans life was saved by someone who could step in and revive him enough before @Scotambservice could get him to hospital. Look at him now, living out his life. Be bold learn/Know CPR and step forward to help.

Our little orchard is producing a great crop of fruit and it’s apple picking time. We are thinking “Waldorf Salad” with these!🍎☺️

The first trial of food cooked in the Air Fryer has been a rave success! A side of brussels sprouts with potatoes seasoned and with crushed pine nuts! ☺️
