I like that FFXIV lets its heroes be silly. Emet gets a clown bestie and suffers for it. Estinien gets punked like 47 times. Urianger pretends to check his cards when Y'shtola is mad at him. It's nice to have characters who aren't just cardboard cutouts that say HERO on them.
