So, correct me if I'm wrong. One of the architects of the banking crisis that led to ten years of austerity is now the Chancellor of the Exchequer 🤔

New chancellor Rishi Sunak has more questions to answer about his role in the banking crisis. The banking crash was caused by the reckless gambling of greedy speculators. It’s resulted in 10 years of harsh austerity. We need answers and fast.

@RoyalStagFilms1 Great thread - thank you. The working world is equivalently stratified. Over numerous zoom calls, it became really obvious that colleagues above a certain £ live a completely different gilded life. When you don't share the burden, you can't share values. It's that simple.

@ThierryAaron At an infrastructure level, I can see our road, utilities and rail networks deteriorating & breaking faster than they have traditionally done so. Service intervals are going to have to be reduced increasing maintenance costs. The same principle applies to all built structures.

@Tdr1nka @CrossCountryUK Just such a difference to trains in Europe where you're not treated as an unwanted alien with a bike. Part of the reason is with rail companies & govt who don't provide enough capacity and clearly defined areas on rolling stock. Keep fighting the good fight & have a good day 🙂

Apologies. This clip doesn't capture a clear narrative. He also said that Muslims & Christians could never get on & that Muslims will be annhilated by the IDF. It was when he walked away that he became particularly abusive. "Up Israel" "F**k you" "Pussy" "Your day will come".

@We_OwnIt Never forget working with a tele health care company. Their share price was the most prominent feature of their home page ☹️

Spoke to the lorry driver. I explained that people had been killed & seriously injured at & close to this crossing. He knows it's illegal. He felt really bad. I DON'T want him getting into trouble. This is YOUR problem. Sort out YOUR logistics. It's been over 4 years. NOW

@Matt95997324 @jpkesseler Hope you're physically better @Matt95997324 . I was disgusted by your attack. It was such a beautiful #birminghampride only 3 weekends ago where @PeterTatchell warned about the increase in hate crime. We stand with you ✊✊🏼✊🏾

@ahmedhankir So sorry you've been targeted in this way. I stumbled across the actual footage of the attack on Facebook and haven't used the platform since, apart from for work. We must collectively do better than this with anyone spreading hate quickly dealt with.

@2wheelsgoodBrum 1/ Sorry to hear Tim and just glad you're safe. From personal experience and having been physically attacked and driven at, I no longer verbally challenge drivers. A police case of assault against a violent driver was dropped many years ago

Brilliant and provoking watch. 1 in 10 people in the UK have dyslexia and they deserve full support and access to opportunity. You're never to old to learn - thanks for stepping up @jayblades_ #jaybladeslearningtoreadat51

@jordanbhx The construction of Aston Expressway dislocated & further impoverished communities with little regard for their welfare. Remember submitting a similar picture to this to the Bham Central Library archive back in 2006 when I worked for the Highways dept.

I've just been called a f*****g c**t by a driver's passenger after the driver had driven straight at me in a narrow road after he'd passed a gap at 40mph. It's lovely on the roads in Birmingham.

@Kwajotweneboa This terrible event made me think back to one of the key commitments of the 2019 @UKLabour manifesto. To end rough sleeping within 5 years of coming into office. How many lives would have been saved had Labour won the 2019 election? It makes you cry knowing what was lost.
