Sadly 4weeks ago my Grandad passed away from covid. Yesterday we went 2the funeral home 2say final goodbyes. He couldn’t be put in his suit due2 covid protocol - seemed strange as he died so long ago but OK - then we get there & HE had to wear a covid mask. Is that not bonkers??

Tonight was my last shift at @sftslondon I’ve been volunteering here 4 years. It’s London’s only free homeless shelter & guests can stay for while they find their feet. I’ve learnt so much & incredible people. I’m volunteering elsewhere now but this place will always have my 💜

At the summit- Uhuru Peak 5895m, made it just as the sun was rising. Climb to the top was the coldest I’ve ever been & the most mentally challenging thing I think I’ve done, not helped by our guide from @kilisatours playing Hakuna Matata on loop 🤣 Otherwise they were SENSATIONAL
