Andrejs Rubins unfortunately has passed away at the age of 43. Andejs had a rich career. Most notably playing for Crystal Palace and Yaroslavl Shinnik In total, he played 117 games for the NT, scoring 9 goals. He was one of the pillars of the NT in the EURO 2004 tournament. 🕯

What an end of the season. But let's be real Riga FC blew it. One of the biggest choke jobs I have ever seen. All season long they were the league leaders. Loss against FK Jelgava and when they needed the wins the most - two draws against SK Super Nova and Valmiera FC.
