My wife experienced the disgusting side of Taco Bell in Cedar Park, Tx on Bell Blvd. Two workers, one in the bathroom came out of the stall with their plastic gloves on, didn’t wash and went back to serving. No TP or paper towels in bathroom made it even more disgusting.
