Sixteen current and former staffers of 'The Tonight Show' say Fallon’s erratic behavior spoiled their 'dream' of working on the show.

“I got screamed at so often I felt like a scared dog,” one former employee told BuzzFeed News.

“I’m the one who’s supposed to be monitoring this, and yet I have no clue what I’m doing. I’m looking around trying to make sure nothing gets caught on fire, essentially.”

“If [Ellen] wants to have her own show and have her name on the show title, she needs to be more involved to see what's going on,” one former employee said.

According to 11 current and former employees, the talk-show host “is fantastic,” but a number of the show’s producers make employees’ lives hell.

“There are people who rely on them, and Central Casting couldn't care less about what goes on there as long as they are getting their money.”

“If none of this came out she'd still be going strong, laughing all the way to the bank, and getting that daily applause,” a former employee said.

“I wish people had paid closer attention to it when the film came out, because it really was a warning to the federal government that this could happen and you need to prepare.”

“It’s going to be a hard lesson. It's a hard lesson for all of us,” one current employee told BuzzFeed News.

“You cannot have campaigns such as #MeToo and Time's Up if you're still scaring the shit out of people with my case,” the writers' assistant who filed the lawsuit nearly 20 years ago said.

The decision comes after BuzzFeed News reports detailed a range of workplace allegations from employees that included sexual misconduct, racism, and intimidation.

“I want the culture to change. I don’t want anyone to leave that office and cry and feel like they’re worthless,” Bernadette Zilio told BuzzFeed News.

The talk show host tweeted, “Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines.”

“I wouldn’t set up anyone on her show right now to do anything that could possibly cause them more negative headlines,” one Hollywood publicist told BuzzFeed News.
