I have given up alcohol for the sake of healing my rosacea. It’s 2 days full sober so far. ADHD has a strong link with substance addiction, & while I don’t get drunk and never have, I do struggle to give up the end-of-day drink. Wish me luck? (don’t need skincare advice)

This is why I’m VERY open about pregnancy/postpartum. Did you know that anger is part of PPD? I didn’t. Felt like a shit mom till I found out my uncontrollable feelings of rage were part of postpartum depression and I wasn’t just suddenly terrible. I am always here for ANY Q’s.

Today I took another step toward screening my 7yo for ADHD/ASD. Told my mom. She said, "I'm sorry." Y'all. I'm not. We're learning more about how she works so we can help her thrive. SHE is not changing, and I'll never be sorry for learning more about how to help my kid thrive.

For ppl confused why baby’s birth was ✨unexpected✨ - my 4 others? All 7-10 days late - midwife always started labor & broke my water - wasn’t dilated/effaced on my due date Baby: water broke w/no warning 3 days past due & labor was 2-1/2 hours long. It was just. ✨Unexpected✨

I think my favorite thing about being a person on the internet is that every time I post a video or photo of myself someone tells me I look like Melanie Lynskey -- or one of her characters. Melanie has been my husband's celeb crush his whole life. YES THANK YOU I LOVE THIS.

I've just come across a conundrum: for fantasy/fairytale, armchairs are pretty much a given. But... couches? Sofas? YES OR NO??? And if you've got a better word for it, hit me, because couch/sofa both seem too modern-real-world for this. #WritingCommunity
