@texture_fi Let's breakdown this "LTV" thing a bit to capture the imagination. Consider the following analogy: • A borrower pledges 215 $SOL (worth $30,000) as collateral. • The lender provides a loan of $20,000. • LTV = ($20,000 / $30,000) * 100 = 66.67% Voila!

@texture_fi The protocol doesn’t rely on any oracles in its design, meaning that lenders decide on how much risk (LTV) ie. Loan-To-value ratio, they are willing to take and are responsible for monitoring and adjusting their positions.
