We’ve never replaced Gunnarsson. An out-an-out number 6, aggressive, legs, a true warrior, who can sit in front of the back 4 and mop up danger. If we had a Gunnarsson type in our current side, we’d be higher in the league in my opinion.

Neil Harris trying to bring down the age of the squad by going for younger plays who with potential. I like it. We’ve wasted far too much money on ‘names’ in recent years and very rarely has it paid off. One thing you can’t knock Neil Harris for is player recruitment. Sensible💰

@WatfordFC Cardiff fan here. He was made a scape goat by our fan base. Fact is, Mick McCarthy kept playing him as a number 10 or a winger. When he’s a number 6 or 8. He had some good games for us when played in right position and used correctly. Definitely a player in there.

@GlenWilliams12 Frustrating player. I think he’s our most clinical finisher. But he doesn’t do enough over the 90. Too lightweight, doesn’t make enough runs, doesn’t hold up the ball well enough to link the play. The sort of player who’d be better with a striker partner I think.
