If Blizzard wants people to go Alliance so that there could be a better faction balance: Offer a deal on guild transfers. Like a legit good deal. Some guilds DO want to go Alliance but there really is no reason to especially since its so expensive. Just my 2 cents.

Everyone is excited to play Shadowlands Alpha but remember Alpha is usually full far from what it will be in retail and its mostly for TESTING purposes. Like imagine playing your class without any of the azerite traits you have right now, thats how itll feel cause its not ready
